Mollywood
Due to sold-out performances, two new shows have been added at The Spot for May 30 & 31.  Reserve now!!!

In our latest "parod-usical" fusion MOLLYWOOD, the ultimate John Hughes muse, Molly Ringwald, is having a bad day.  Her family has totally forgotten her sixteenth birthday, she has no date for the prom, and if things couldn't get any worse, she just got a whole day's detention for passing a note in class.  What's a girl to do?  Sing!

In our latest fusion piece, MOLLYWOOD fuses the characters, storylines, and soundtracks of "Sixteen Candles", "The Breakfast Club", and "Pretty in Pink" into a campy lampoon and love letter to the sacred cows of an entire generation (namely, ours!).

Tue & Wed at 8pm, May 6-21 at Mary's Attic, 5400 N Clark
Tuesday, May 6 is a $10 preview with opening on Wednesday, May 7

Fri & Sat at 8pm, May 9-31 at The Spot, 4437 N Broadway

Reservations are highly recommended and can be made here or through email tickets@scootyjojo.com.  Tickets may be purchased at the venue day of show.  Box-office opens one half hour prior to showtime.  All tickets: $15.
Wear prom drag and get in for $12!!

"Mollywood promises an abundance of 80's music, John Hughes characters, and in typical Scooty & JoJo fashion, gay overload."
"Like, oh my God! You gotta see Scooty & JoJo's Mollywood at Mary's Attic and The Spot!"

"Hey, your chocolate bar got in my peanut butter!  Wait, that's a great idea!"  Well, what happens when you pair the sweet, sad pop music of Richard and Karen Carpenter with the murderous slashing of John Carpenter's "Halloween"?  What happens when you take the classic 1982 computer movie"Tron" and set it to early Blondie, Blur, and Divo?  Add in a few puppets and you've got Scooty & JoJo's fusion pieces.
